Bookings and Payments

Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or our website.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking. Changes or cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and PayNow. We do not store credit card details.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any prepaid amounts will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Non-refundable deposits may apply to certain services.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the premises are accessible and safe for our personnel to perform the agreed services.
Inform us of any specific requirements, hazards, or restrictions in advance.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
